Do you accept Medicare?
Yes. We accept Medicare as well as several Medicare Advantage plans through Aetna, Humana, Memorial Hermann Health Plan, United Healthcare (AARP), and Community Health Choice.
Do I need a referral to see a podiatrist?
Only HMO plans require a referral. Your primary care physician must send a referral with a valid authorization number before we can schedule your appointment.
Do you accept Tricare?
Yes. We accept Tricare West and Tricare for Life. Tricare West HMO-type plans require a referral and authorization.
Can I be seen without insurance?
Yes. We welcome self-pay patients. Call our office to discuss self-pay pricing before your visit.
Does insurance cover custom orthotics?
Coverage for custom orthotics varies by plan. Our team can help verify your benefits before your appointment.
